That’s hard to beat, but Kylie Jenner made a fine attempt tonight at the 2017 Met Gala, snapping a bathroom selfie with celebrities that scored more than 1.6 million likes on Instagram.

The Puma ambassador smiled for the camera with her sisters Kim Kardashian West and Kendall Jenner, along with A$AP Rocky, Lily Aldridge, Paris Jackson, Brie Larson, Ashton Sanders, Frank Ocean, Diddy and more guests — breaking with the soiree’s ban on social media photos from inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

For the occasion, Kylie sparkled in a nude Versace dress that was heavily embellished with sparkling bead detail and fringe teamed with sandals.

The annual fundraiser launched the museum’s “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between” exhibit with a parade of stars in edgy head-to-toe style.

And while netizens reacted with excitement en masse to the Lip-Kit cosmetics entrepreneur’s star-studded photo, many of them took to social media with their own reactions to “fashion’s biggest night out” — some salty, some sweet.

Dakota Johnson, who also defied house rules, was praised for lighting up a cigarette at the museum.

Jennifer Lopez cut a chic figure in an ethereal powder blue dress, but some observers thought the look brought to life the animated “Frozen” princess Elsa. Others who chimed in on Instagram deemed J.Lo a lost member of the ’70s gospel group The Clark Sisters — comparing the look to the retro caftan styles seen on the sisters’ previous album covers.

The diva’s date, Alex Rodriguez, also wasn’t spared by eagle-eyed fans who called out a candid moment when the former New York Yankees star was seen admiring her figure.

Also caught on the carpet was actress Sarah Paulson’s reaction to Madonna dressed in Moschino — hilariously captured with her mouth agape in awe of the singer.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s very casual pose on the Met Gala steps, wearing a black suit with Louboutins, was superimposed on Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” album by a clever Instagram user.

Model Grace Hartzel channeled an anime-like character but her heavy eyeliner, corkscrew curls and bold red lip scored comparisons to Bette Davis’ iconic eponymous “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?”

Jeers and cheers were plentiful on social media platforms. One Instagram user felt underwhelmed by some stars who played it safe at what could have been considered one of the most avant garde themes in Met Gala history.

Rihanna, dressed in Comme des Garçons, was featured in a quirky Instagram post that highlighted her strappy heels, under the caption, “Girl, I am this close.”

The day after the Met Gala, Kendall Jenner looked a lot different.

After wearing a barely-there La Perla dress and Christian Louboutin stilettos to the event on Monday, the model was spotted the next day on set of a photo shoot in New York looking not quite as glamorous.

She was posing on the steps of a townhouse in a fuzzy oversize coat, fuzzy hat and fuzzy slide sandals.

Paparazzi photos showed Jenner posing with characters from “The Muppets” including Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy.

Jenner was apparently shooting a cover for Love magazine, which she’s appeared in several times and has also shot photographs for too. Despite her crazy outfit, she was later spotted back in her more normal garb, pairing pink jeans with a black T-shirt and white booties.

It turns out Rihanna and Kendall Jenner will do just about anything in the name of fashion.

At the Met Gala on Monday night, Rihanna paired her show-stopping Comme des Garçons dress with a pair of red thigh-high, lace-up sandals by Dsquared2. Rihanna is a fan of the same style sandal that laces at the ankle as opposed to all the way up the leg, but this dress called for something dramatic.

In an interview with Vogue from inside the Met Gala, Rihanna said that despite the intricacies of the dress, it was easy to get in to. The shoes, however, apparently took her an hour to put on and required additional maintenance after she walked the Met Gala steps. Photographers captured assistants seemingly re-lacing and re-zipping the sandals. Despite all the challenges, the shoes seemed well worth wearing.

Kendall Jenner has also experienced this same struggle — the model wore the sandals in black to the 2016 MTV Movie Awards. While she looked effortless in photos, there were a few snaps that captured Jenner readjusting the sandals.

On her Instagram, she posted a photo of her stylist Monica Rose and an assistant lacing up the sandals and captioned it, “team work.”

The supermodel stomped out in an exaggerated silhouette for a lunch date with Kendall Jenner at J.G. Melon restaurant on Friday in New York City.

Baldwin is quite fond of the no-pants look, and has been spotted in big boots with long tops on other occasions.

Some of her outfits included a bohemian top paired with Thierry Mugler denim boots, and Yeezy sneakers with a distressed denim jacket and sweater. Khloe Kardashian, Ciara and Kylie Jenner have also taken on the style statement.

On Monday, the Private Suite terminal at Los Angeles International Airport opened, with the aim of serving high-profile clients in their travels.

Private Suite is removed from the airport’s other busy terminals. According to its website, Private Suite has its own private TSA screening, and there are no ticket counters, boarding gates or long concourses. Plus, it allows celebrity fliers to avoid paparazzi, who can’t access Private Suite behind its gate.

“Members spend their preflight time in totally private suites, each with its own bathroom, its own food service pantry, a two-person daybed and a runway view of aircraft landing and taking off,” Private Suite’s website reads. “When it’s time to board, Private Suite members are driven across the tarmac, head-of-state-style, directly to their aircraft.”

The service is for members only and is available for both private and commercial flights. Members are driven directly to the jet bridge in a luxurious BMW Series 7 sedan.

Celebrities travel often for jobs and appearances, and are confronted by photographers the moment they arrive at LAX. They’re usually followed as far as paparazzi can go before the stars go through security and head to their flights — and the same happens when they arrive, too.

While photos of celebs at the airport often provide style inspiration (think Rihanna in sweatpants and Fenty slides or Kendall Jenner in cool sneakers), this will no doubt be a relief for stars looking for some privacy as they head out on their travels.

During a recent podcast interview with photographer Mario Testino, model Kendall Jenner said she doesn’t “get to be hot very often” in photo shoots.

Well, some might consider her latest campaign an exception to that statement. Jenner, who is the face of La Perla lingerie, posed in the label’s pre-fall ’17 campaign, which it calls an “English Pop Art Garden.”

In the photos, Jenner wears a series of different lingerie looks that match her footwear. Despite the fact that La Perla is mainly a lingerie brand, it does offer footwear, accessories and even some ready-to-wear. Jenner wore a La Perla sheer gown at the Met Gala this month.

For the campaign, Jenner posed in front of a bright blue background and oversized flowers, making for a very exaggerated campaign. On its Instagram, La Perla wrote, “Clad in a limited-edition cocktail dress covered of crystals, she interprets the powerful essence of the La Perla ready-to-wear collection designed by Julia Hart.”

Footwear styles included a floral platform wedge that matched the trim of her lingerie set, blue sculptural mules and a pump with a metal heel detail.

It’s not all about Kendall Jenner. The model’s half-sister Kourtney Kardashian arrived at the Cannes Film Festival and immediately turned heads with her skimpy style.

The mom of three posed for photos with friends at the Fashion for Relief charity fashion show, which Jenner modeled in, wearing a pink and yellow sequined Blumarine minidress and strappy Gucci bubblegum pink sandals.

The dramatic top was part of an Alexandre Vauthier original ensemble from the spring 2017 couture runway. The 21-year-old supermodel paired the black asymmetrical style with jean shorts, completing the look with sophisticated Gianvito Rossi pointy-toed patent pumps.

Yesterday, Jimmy Choo and mytheresa.com hosted a dinner in London to launch Glitter, a new capsule collection. Guests included industry influencers such as Caroline Issa and Pandora Sykes, but it was Princess Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis that took on the socks and sandals trend. The Vogue editor at large offered the most playful take on the idea, pairing mango orange socks with funky green velvet wedges. She balanced the bold colors with a lightweight embroidered white dress. The lesson in this look: When going bold with the sock and shoe combo, spring for easy and simple in the rest of the outfit.

Also yesterday, Valentino presented its Resort 2018 collection, offering up sporty haute looks inspired by downtown New York. So far, it is the biggest example of this trend in full force. The “refined urban” creative direction, as noted on the label’s official Instagram, made its way all the way down to the toes. Over a dozen models strutted in white socks featuring athletic stripes. The sporty socks were paired and color-coordinated with strappy Valentino sandals for contrast. Valentino’s collection is a prime example of how this trend can be both sporty and elegant.

Kendall Jenner has been named Adidas’ newest brand ambassador.

The 21-year-old model tweeted the news on Wednesday. This presents lots of interesting dynamics within the Kardashian/Jenner family, given that Jenner’s sister Kylie is a Puma brand ambassador and her half-sister Kim Kardashian West’s husband, Kanye West, famously works with Adidas on his Yeezy line.

In a video on Twitter, Jenner wears an Adidas tracksuit and black-and-white Adidas Gazelle sneakers. Jenner is just the latest model to join forces with an athletic brand. Her friends Gigi and Bella Hadid work with Reebok and Nike, respectively. Fellow model Karlie Kloss also works with Adidas, but on the performance side modeling Adidas by Stella McCartney in particular. It seems Jenner will focus solely on Adidas Originals, which is a natural fit given that she’s been spotted wearing the brand’s sneakers, particularly the Stan Smith, for years.

Jenner may have hinted at the partnership this month when she posted a photo of herself on Instagram when she was just a few years old, wearing an Adidas T-shirt. “Always been an OG,” she wrote.

There’s been no word from Adidas yet, but it did respond to Jenner’s tweet with a blue heart.

Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid‘s off-duty looks are always on point. Though Jenner only had Gigi’s sister Bella by her side at this year’s Cannes Film Festival last month, the supermodel duo finally reunited back in New York City looking more in sync than ever.

The two stars were spotted grabbing dinner in downtown Manhattan’s A-list sushi restaurant, Nobu. They coordinated in complementing retro black and white looks that make you wonder whether they planned it or not.

Hadid went with a chic, all-black outfit all the way down to her Reebok Classic Leather sneakers. For a pop of color, the star tied a red sweater on top and finished things off with cherry red sunglasses.

Kendall opted for white — and as a newly announced Adidas ambassador — rocked a pair of high top sneakers from the Adidas x Raf Simons line. She kept the rest of her look simple with jeans, a turtleneck, and white sunnies.

On Wednesday, Kendall Jenner made the major announcement that she is joining the Adidas Originals family as an ambassador.

No word yet on exactly what she’ll be doing with the brand, but she’ll likely appear in ad campaigns for Originals and make appearances on behalf of the brand. She made the announcement on her social media channels.

Jenner is far from the only model who has a contract with an athletic brand. In fact, her close friends Gigi and Bella Hadid are ambassadors for Reebok and Nike, respectively. Meanwhile, Jenner’s sister, Kylie, is an ambassador for Puma, and half-sister Kim Kardashian West’s husband, Kanye West, works with Adidas on his Yeezy line.

Aside from the connections, Adidas seems like a natural fit for Jenner given that she’s actually been wearing the brand for years. Of course, she’s worn other sneaker brands such as Nike and Vans, as well as designer styles from Saint Laurent and Céline, but now she’ll likely wear Adidas exclusively, at least for public appearances.

Her go-to style is the Adidas Stan Smith, a beloved classic style. She’s worn all-white pairs and pairs with navy accents. She’s also partial to the Stan Smith done in collaboration with designer Raf Simons. Stay tuned, as we’ll certainly be seeing Jenner in an even wider range of styles soon.

Kendall Jenner was no shrinking bloom today when she arrived at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Jersey City, N.J.

The supermodel flattered her runway-ready body in an off-the-shoulder minidress from Dolce & Gabbana’s Ortensia collection that was covered in hydrangea petal prints and luxe crystal and pearl embellishments. She accessorized the look with the same theme in patterns that matched her scarf and handbag.

When it came to her footwear, Jenner made a wise choice with minimalist white leather ankle boot heels.

At the event, Jenner posed alongside actresses Kata Mara, who had on a lace white dress with silver sling-back open-toe pumps, and Priyanka Chopra, who had on a black-and-white dress with black sandals.

Other guests included Nicole Kidman, Rebecca Minkoff, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Keri Russell and Neil Patrick Harris.

Last night Jenner enjoyed some retail therapy while in New York and revived a former trend. She stepped out with a Chanel fanny pack teamed with a white top and matching trousers, and green slip-on shoes.

The shopping trip came after taking her Italian greyhound rescue dog, Mew, on an outing in the Big Apple.

Kendall Jenner is not afraid to follow a trend — fanny packs included. And on Saturday, she joined the ranks of other celebrities who’ve embraced the no-bra look.

Jenner stomped out in New York City wearing eye-catching white booties but found a much edgier style statement to make by going braless under a delicate white lace-up corset dress.

Unfortunately she suffered a slight wardrobe malfunction when the semi-sheer fabric around the bodice partially exposed her body.

That same day she made an appearance at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic wearing the same boots teamed with an off-the-shoulder Dolce & Gabbana dress.

When she kicked off her weekend in the Big Apple on Friday, she indulged in some retail therapy wearing a Chanel fanny pack and Aquazzura’s Velvet Powder Puff flats.

Meanwhile, the no-bra look was in full effect for Alessandra Ambrosio on Friday when she helped launch Spanish footwear brand XTI’s new line in Madrid.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel donned a white halter-top blouse with green trousers and XTI’s gold sandals. The shoes incorporate a chunky block heel and a glittery band across the toe. They’re available on xtistore.es for around $45.
